  • Project Cancellation (Before Work Commences): If a cancellation request is made before work begins, a partial refund may be granted, deducting any administrative or processing fees.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Services that have already been delivered or partially completed.

  • Paid consultations, strategy sessions, and audits.

  • Third-party costs, such as ad spend, software, and tool subscriptions.

  • Custom campaigns, SEO services, content creation, and digital advertising once execution has begun.

  • Monthly retainers or service fees that are part of ongoing marketing contracts.


4. Revision & Resolution Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to reach out to our support team. We offer reasonable revisions to address concerns based on the original scope of work. Any requests beyond the initial project scope may incur additional charges.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients who initiate a chargeback without prior communication may forfeit their right to future services with Auto 365. We encourage all clients to discuss any issues with us before contacting their payment provider.


6. Cancellation of Subscription Services

For clients on monthly subscription plans, cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be provided for the current billing period.

6. Cancellation by Go Auto 365

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for valid reasons as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

If termination occurs within the 30-day period and you are not in breach of agreement terms, a full refund will be issued.
